Founded in 2024, The Pool Attendant Company was launched with the goal of redefining the community amenity experience by introducing innovative staffing services to communities nationwide. The demand for our services was immediately apparent as we scaled to 30+ locations within our first 6 months and 80+ locations by the middle of our 2nd year.
