With our amenity staffing services, your amenities will become: Exclusive to only those who are permitted to use them, Safe as a result of expectations being upheld, and Rejuvenated with the presence of a customer service agent.

At the most basic level, this service puts a friendly face at the entrance of your facility to regulate access, greet patrons as they pass by, and maintain a record of usage. Every 30 minutes, this friendly face will walk the grounds to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained and conduct expectations are followed.

This service is typically contracted for 1-3 seasons at a time with a weekly schedule of 28+ hours being the minimum. You can use our proposal request form here to handpick the exact schedule and employee count your facility needs.

  • Our employees must have squeaky clean backgrounds,
    superior hygiene and presentation, drug-free, consistent
    punctuality, education of minimum high school diploma, and a
    vetted exceptional record in a customer facing position.

Towel Services

Enhance the experience.             

This is a fully inclusive package. We handle the towel laundering logistics, restocking, hourly replacements for lounge chairs, and even community-specific branding when contracting multiple seasons. All you need to do is sit back and relax.

This service is provided both as a stand alone and an add-on service. Available for communities contracting a minimum of 5 days per week across 20 weeks of service.

Streamline guest Services

Facilities with an indoor primary entrance/exit have access to an affordable and modern solution that enables patrons to have a frictionless check-in experience with or without human intervention.

Additionally, you can now empower your facility occupants with a centralized communications platform that streamlines reporting of concerns and suggestions. Party reservations? Now your patrons can submit reservation request directly onsite using the built-in reservation feature. Connect your newsletter directly to the kiosk to broadcast information to kiosk users.
