Who We Look For

We prefer candidates with a track record of 1-2+ years in customer-facing positions that require high emotional intelligence.

✓ Hospitality Experience (Hotels, Resorts, Event Staff)
✓ Chick-fil-A or QuikTrip experience is highly valued.
✓ Higher education beyond High School.
✓ Note: Previous pool monitoring experience is not required.

Minimum Requirements

We maintain high standards for our clients. All applicants must meet the following:

🎓 HS Diploma or GED

👔 Strict Grooming Standards

🚫 No Visible Face/Neck Tattoos

🏋️ Lift up to 50lbs

☀️ Work Outdoors (Heat/Rain)
