Roles We Hire
Pool attendant
Verify access, run the Half-Hour Quality Round, handle policy communication, and log incidents in real time.
Pool monitor
Keep the amenity orderly and supervised, supporting residents and guests throughout each shift.
Gate guard
Manage entry and exit security and credential verification for gated communities.
What a Shift Involves
Attendants verify residents and guests at entry, run the Half-Hour Quality Round (a walk of the property roughly every 30 minutes), communicate community policies, and log every incident digitally as it happens. Roles are seasonal, aligned to the swim season, or year-round in markets with longer seasons.
