You’re not just present; you’re actively engaged. You notice when something’s off and communicate with management to ensure the pool and its amenities are in top shape.

You're dependable, cooperative, and always ready to contribute to the team. Your upbeat attitude helps create a pleasant environment, and you're just as comfortable taking the lead as you are helping out behind the scenes.
Strong Problem Solver
You handle issues as they arise with calm efficiency, ensuring the pool area remains safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone. Your quick thinking is a big part of what makes our team successful.

Preferred Qualifications:

We prefer to hire those with a track record of being employed for 1-2+ years in customer facing positions that may require frequent use of deescalation and customer service skills.

Experience in hospitality industry (Hotels, High-end Restaurants, Yacht Staff, Event staff, Catering, etc).
OR Experience at Chick-fil-A at any level that involved customer interaction or Racetrac/Quiktrip locations in a management/lead/supervisory position.
Previous experience working around swimming pools or resorts (in a customer service capacity). *Previous pool monitoring experience from another company is not typically considered an advantage in our hiring process.
Higher education beyond high school education.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or greater.
No visible tattoos (or at a minimum have the ability to cover tattoos on face/neck/hands during shift) and no excessive facial piercings.
Ability to work outside for extended periods of time with possible exposure to environmental factors such as heat, cold, rain, and insect bites. *
Ability to perform 1 complete walk around a community pool every 30 minutes throughout a shift.*
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds in weight. (Pool chairs, tables, etc).*
Ability to pass pre-employment criminal screen and random drug test.
No more than 4 jobs in the past 2 years.
Reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites that may be as far as 50 minutes away. (In most cases, the assigned location is nearby and only upon permission will a farther location be assigned).
