TPAC pool attendant checking residents in on a tablet at a community pool

Made by the people at the gate

Our pool attendants check residents in, apply guest limits and keep the deck safe at community pools across six states. The pools that run smoothest post their rules clearly before anyone walks in — so we made the signs we wish every pool had, and we give them away.

How it works

  • Pick a template. Each one opens with sensible default wording for a community pool.
  • Customize it. Change the text, add your community name and who to call, and choose fob, card, phone app or gate code where it applies.
  • Choose a size and download. Print Letter or Tabloid at the office, or send the 18 × 24 or 24 × 36 PDF to a print shop for an outdoor sign.
Questions

Free pool signage FAQ

Is the pool signage really free?
Yes. Every sign, guest pass and flyer here is free to edit, download and print for your community — no account, no email and no trial. The only mark on them is a small, light credit line at the very bottom, and you can switch it off.
Can I customize the signs with my community’s information?
Yes. Every template opens in an editor: change the headline and details, add your community name and a contact line, pick key fob, access card, phone app or gate code where it applies, and choose a color style. The preview updates as you type.
What sizes can I download?
Signs come in Letter, A4, Tabloid (11 × 17 in), 12 × 18, 18 × 24 and 24 × 36 inches, portrait or landscape. Guest passes print two or three per Letter sheet or as wallet cards ten per sheet, and flyers in Letter, A4 or Tabloid. Every download is a vector PDF, so it stays sharp at any size.
Do these signs meet my state’s pool code?
They are house signs: check-in, access, rules, hours and closures. Some pool signs are set by state or county health codes, sometimes with exact wording and minimum letter heights, so check your local code for anything it requires.
Who makes these templates?
The Pool Attendant Company, which staffs HOA, condo and hotel pools with trained pool attendants in Texas, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Colorado.

Signs set the rules. Attendants keep them.
