Free pool day pass template

A one-day guest pass that looks like a ticket: the guest keeps the pass, and the tear-off stub stays with the front desk or the pool attendant as your record of who came in. Three print on one Letter sheet.

Why a stub helps

When a question comes up later — who let the guests in on the Fourth, how many came with unit 214 — a pile of stubs answers it. Write the pass number, date and guest count on the stub, tear along the perforation line, and drop it in a box at the check-in table. The guest keeps the larger half and shows it to the attendant if asked.

For guests who visit all season, the wallet guest pass card lasts longer.

Printing day passes

Three passes print on each Letter sheet with dashed cut lines between them. Cardstock holds up best at a wet pool deck; a paper cutter or scissors does the rest. Fold along the dotted line before tearing the stub for a cleaner edge.

Questions

Guest day pass FAQ

What is a pool day pass?
A pass that lets a guest use a community pool for one day, usually with their host resident. It shows the attendant the guest was registered and when the pass is valid.
What goes on the stub?
The pass number, the date and the number of guests. The stub stays with the front desk or attendant as a record; the guest keeps the rest of the pass.
Can I change the fill-in lines?
Yes. Type one line per field — for example add “Vehicle plate” or remove “Address or unit”.

Signs set the rules. Attendants keep them.

The Pool Attendant Company staffs HOA and community pools with trained attendants who check people in, apply guest limits and log every incident.
