When a card beats a paper pass
Guests who come back all season — a grandparent, a nanny, a regular visitor — shouldn’t need a new paper pass every time. Fill in the guest, the resident or unit and an expiry date, and the card does the job until it expires. Laminate it or use a plastic badge sleeve for a card that can go poolside.
Residents get their own card: the resident season pass uses the same size.
Printing the cards
The sheet uses the standard 10-per-sheet layout for 2 × 3.5 inch business cards (0.75 inch side margins, 0.5 inch top), so it lines up with perforated card stock sold for that layout. On plain cardstock, cut along the gaps between cards. Print at 100% (“actual size”), not “fit to page”.
