Writing your hours
Type each line as Days | Times — for example “Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM”. Group days that share hours, list holidays and special closures on their own lines, and put anything temporary (an early close for a party, a swim meet) in the note so the main hours stay true all season.
If your pool is staffed, make the posted hours match the attendant schedule; it’s the first thing residents check when there’s a disagreement at the gate.
Printing it
Letter and Tabloid print on any office printer; laminate them or slip them into a clear sign holder for outdoor use. For a fence or gate, order the 18 × 24 in or 24 × 36 in size from a print shop on coroplast or aluminum composite — the PDF is vector, so it stays sharp at any size. Rules signs are usually posted at 18 × 24 in.
