What to put on a pool party flyer

Lead with the event, then answer when, where and what to bring on separate lines so people can find them at a glance. One short paragraph is enough for the fun parts — music, games, food — and the RSVP or a contact line tells your organizer how many to plan for.

If guests are welcome, say how check-in works for the day. A guest pass keeps a busy party gate moving.
